The Logitech M510 looks a bit long and that is because it is at about 12 centimeters it is longer than the M720. However near its middle it is slimmer than most mouse of comparable size at just about 5.5 centimeters, there is rubber padding on either side of the mouse and at the bottom there are four smooth plastic pads to help the mouse slide better.
With regards to the M510 wireless mouse buttons you have the usual left and right clicks, the middle button upon pressing the scroll wheel and the scroll wheel tilts left and right to give additional two buttons and on the left hand side you have two more buttons.
